On October 25 and October 27, join us at UBC Robson Square for two Community Workers’ Workshops exploring the experiences of migrants engaged in remote and gig work in Metro Vancouver.
As part of the Managing Occupational Balance in Platform and Remote Work research project, these interactive, arts-based sessions will share initial research findings and invite participants to take part in creative mapping activities to reflect on their own experiences. The workshops aim to bring together remote and gig workers as well as the broader community working with migrants, fostering dialogue that supports more inclusive policies and programs.
Lunch will be provided.
