Grad Student Power Hour begins in May with Lisa Brunner



The UBC Centre for Migration Studies will kick off its ongoing Grad Student Power Hour programming on Friday, May 28, 2021.

The bi-monthly event provides a platform for UBC graduate students to share their migration research beyond their academic departments. It also provides networking opportunities with faculty, students, researchers and practitioners from across the broader university and community sectors.

Each Grad Student Power Hour will begin with a 10 minute networking session, followed by a 30 minute research talk. The remaining 20 minutes will be reserved for discussion.
