Please join us for a Multi-Sector World Café which seeks mobilize knowledge about integrated refugee mental health so that we can learn from each other.
The purpose of the World Café is to convene and collaborate with service users, health practitioners, settlement service providers, and policy makers to gain your expertise and knowledge about what you think work to promote integrated mental health services and supports for people that have experienced migration such as refugees. The World Café is a participatory method that facilitates change through dialogue and mutual learning.
Over the past several months we have been engaging in several deliberative dialogues online and in person with settlement service organizations, mental health practitioners and policy experts to find out what they think works, why it works and in what context does integrate mental health care works. The World Café is an opportunity to continue to mobilize this knowledge and refine our collective thinking and wisdom to learn from each other. Convening multidisciplinary community members like you is an important step to understanding how a process works so that we can start to implement strategies that support and promote refugee mental health and wellbeing.
Lunch will be served at 11:45am.
