My research integrates Derrida’s deconstruction and Foucault’s biopower analysis to examine how power dynamics construct narratives. By analyzing the tensions within these narratives, I can elucidate how human rights issues, particularly those affecting refugees and stateless persons, are framed and understood. This philosophical approach enhances my understanding of the complexities of migration, allowing for a more nuanced advocacy for the rights of marginalized communities.
