About

I am pursuing a PhD in Language and Literacy Education at the Faculty of Education. My current research focuses on critical posthumanism and material-language practices in university classrooms, exploring female faculty teaching and leadership practices and implementing new technologies in Chile from a feminist new materialist approach. I hold an MEd in Higher Education from OISE and an MA in Learning, Technology and Education from the University of Nottingham. In 2024, I joined the Chile-Canada Network of Research (REDICEC) board of directors. I have experience teaching English as an Additional Language and coordinating language programmes in post-secondary institutions in Chile.
