A key area of my research are behavioural insights into labour market policies. To this end, my work identifies behaviourally-informed solutions to pressing challenges in public service delivery of social programs and political mobilization in Canada and beyond. The work has implications for a wide range of groups, including newcomers to Canada. Furthermore, in previous research, I focused on the political mobilization of immigration as an issue in a comparative perspective.
