I am a faculty member at Kwantlen Polytechnic University’s Melville School of Business. My current research includes international student experiences of transition to Canadian education and career environments. An additional research interest is the impact of linguistic discrimination in educational and work environments. Beyond my work in postsecondary education, I have worked and volunteered in the settlement sector, and have a strong interest in issues impacting the experiences of refugee-background individuals in Canada.
