My general research interests center around (e)migration and citizenship issues of developing countries. My dissertation project will analyze the political economic dimensions of diaspora engagement in Anglo-Caribbean small island developing states (SIDS). That is, I will examine the factors which shape how diaspora communities contribute to the development of their ‘home’ countries.
