My research lies at the intersection of entrepreneurship, labor, and finance, with a particular focus on immigrant-owned firms. I examine how the cultural backgrounds of immigrant entrepreneurs shape firm formation, labor market practices, and organizational outcomes. I also explore how cultural traits influence immigrants’ long-term economic success and contribute to labor market inequities, including gender pay gaps.
