My research focuses on the education outcomes and developmental well-being of immigrant children in British Columbia. I am using advanced analytical techniques to identify latent profiles of sociocognitive development among first—and second-generation immigrants. Ultimately, I want my analysis to help policymakers, parents, and teachers better understand the complex needs and strengths of immigrant subpopulations.
