I am a full professor in the Faculty of Management at UBCO and have worked on ethnic identity and acculturation to Canada among immigrants from India, Portugal, and Italy. More recently, I have been examining the use and understanding of emergent technologies in the art world and how immigrants from India and China understand and use Gen AI, focusing on how they navigate identity issues, etc.
