I am currently leading a SSHRC-funded study on working university students, a number of whom are international students. We are employing two international students as RAs (also part of the WorkLearn program) in this study. I am also very interested in community-university partnerships and my previous SSHRC-funded research addressed community service-learning in universities. Previously, I have undertaken studies of temporary foreign workers in nursing and trades funded by the Prairie Metropolis Centre at my previous university (University of Alberta).
